Archive: Hands on Arts 2010

Throughout summer 2010, The Cultural Partnership hosted 13 Hands-on-Arts Pavilions at local community events in different towns and neighbourhoods enabling more than 3,400 people of all ages to try out different arts and crafts with local artists.

During the summer of 2009, The Cultural Partnership arranged a programme of 8 Hands-on-Arts events in its More Arts pavilion, encouraging more people of all ages to try different arts and crafts.

More than 2,800 people participated in arts activities led by local artists.

Archive: Empty Shops Exhibitions 2008-2010

The Cultural Partnership has arranged 27 pop-up exhibitions for local artists, using empty shops at 43 Peach Street, Wokingham RG40 1XJ and in empty an shop in Maiden Place, Earley.

Archive: Mall Gallery Exhibitions 2010

During 2010 The Cultural Partnership arranged a series of exhibitions in the Mall Gallery, a large public space within the Wokingham Borough Council offices at Shute End, Wokingham.

Each exhibition highlighted a different theme, ranging from Black History Month to an Anti-Bullying Campaign. The common aim of all the exhibitions was to bring attention to local priorities and issues and to demonstrate ways that, as a community, we are working together to make Wokingham a more innovative and better place.
